These terms and conditions are intended to define the terms of provision of services for the virtual expo Key4IT, hereinafter called "the Service" and the conditions of use of the Service by the User. The User is any person who uses the virtual expo or any of the services offered on the virtual expo.
All access and use of the site www.key-for-it.com implies the unconditional acceptance and respect of all these terms and conditions. They therefore constitute a contract between the Service and the User.
In the event that the User does not wish to accept all or part of these terms, he/she is asked to renounce any use of the Service.
Service Access
The service is available free to any user with access to the Internet.
Some sections of the virtual room are reserved for professionals users following an identification process with a user ID and a password. A visitor becomes a professional user when he/she has completed the registration form, and it has been validated.
Key for IT reserves the right to refuse access to the Service, unilaterally and without prior notice to any user not complying with these terms of use.
Key for IT cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or server or any other event beyond the reasonable control that prevents or degrades access to the Service.
Key for IT reserves the right to discontinue, temporarily suspend or change without notice access to all or part of the Service, to ensure the maintenance or for any other reason, without interruption gives rise to any obligation or compensation.
Intellectual Property
Texts, logos and illustrations on the virtual expo can never be reproduced, distributed or modified without permission.
Key for IT is the owner or rights holder of all elements of this website including data, drawings, graphics, photographs, sound recordings, which are protected by the rules of intellectual property and license to use is granted to the user regarding them.
Any reproduction, distribution or redistribution in whole or in part of the contents of this website by any means whatsoever without the prior written consent Key for IT is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by the law applicable to Intellectual Property.
Marks on the site editor www.key-for-it.com and its partners, and logos appearing on the Site are registered trademarks. Any total or partial reproduction of these brands or these logos, made using parts of the site without the express permission of Key for IT is prohibited under the laws of intellectual property.
Privacy Policy
Information and data about the user are necessary for normal functioning of the virtual exhibition Key4IT and are mandatory for any professional user registration.
The user accepts that the personal information provided during registration can be transmitted to others through the normal operation of the virtual exhibition.

Limitation of Liability
User status for IT professionals on Key for IT requires the use of a Username and a Password.
The password chosen by the professional user, is personal and confidential. He agrees to keep its password secret and not to disclose it in any form whatsoever.
The utilization of usernames and passwords on the Internet is at the risk of professional users. Users must therefore take all necessary measures to protect their data against any attack.
Contract Period and Termination
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period of use of the Service by the User. It may be terminated by following explicit request of the user at any time.
Force majeure
Key for IT's responsibility cannot be guaranteed in case of force majeure or events beyond its control.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada without regard to the provisions relating to conflict of laws. In case of a dispute relating to this contract, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, province of Quebec. Users acknowledge that the courts of this province for everything that concerns the content and use of the site or litigation arising therefrom.
